$125k on scratch-off, Orangeburg mother and son win big

Orangeburg, South Carolina – South Carolina Education Lottery confirms that Orangeburg mother and son win $125,000 on scratch-off.

The mother and her son play the lottery together for fun. Usually the son buys the tickets, the mother scratches them.

The winning ticket was bought with winning from previous tickets.

The last X The Money scratch-off ticket was the lucky wan for them. “It was unexpected,” the boy said.

The Orangeburg players overcame odds of 1 in 600,000 to win $125,000 in the $5 X The Money game. Two top prizes remain in the game.

Dollar Deals in Orangeburg received a commission of $1,250 for selling the claimed ticket.
