After altercation involving Trump flag, Mount Pleasant students have been disciplined

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. – Lucy Beckham High School students have received their discipline punishment after an altercation related to a flag with President Trump’s name on it.

A total of five students were involved in the case.

The students violated the school rule “a political message including depictions of weapons.” According to the school district, that was enough for them to execute a punishment.

Four students were involved in the verbal altercation related to the flag, while one student had displayed the flag.

As of now, there is no information if the students were suspended.
