Annual 4th of July Isle of Palm celebration canceled due to Covid-19

Charleston, South Carolina – Isle of Palm celebration on Fourth of July will not took place this year due to Covid-19 pandemic, officials confirm.

Ways and Means Committee arranged a meeting on Tuesday and the decision was made following unanimous voting.

Councilmembers referred to the other municipalities about their plans for the year.

It’s expected that other municipalities will also cancel some of their scheduled celebrations this year too.
