Annual prayer service for fallen Charleston officers set to take place at Brittlebank Park on Friday

Charleston, South Carolina – The annual prayer service for fallen Charleston police officers is set to take place on Friday before noon, multiple sources reported.

According to the schedule, the event is set to take place at Brittlebank Park on Lockwood Boulevard starting 11 a.m.

The service is to honor the ultimate sacrifices of 24 Charleston police officers.

The South Carolina Fraternal Order of Police and the Charleston Police Department are inviting everyone to attend the prayer.

After the service, light refreshments will be served in the training room at CPD headquarters.
