Myrtle Beach, South Carolina – John Whitney, 35-year-old, is the ninth man arrested and charged in a connection with the fatal Ocean Boulevard shooting.
The incident happened on March 25th at the Waterpark Motel when one man was fatally shot.
Whitney is charged with armed robbery and murder.
Officers responded on the scene on March 25th around 1:30 a.m. when they only found unresponsive man on the second floor. The person was later identified as Jermaine Stewart, 43-year-old.
No bond has been set for Whitney.
