Berkley County prescribed fire on Thursday, drivers caution required

Berkley County, South Carolina – Prescribed fire in Berkley County will take place today, officials alert.

According to them, the prescribed fire takes place Thursday at Francis Marion National Forest on Thursday.

The smoke is expected to travel toward Huger, while the fire is taking place along Hwy. 41, Brick Church Road and Cainhoy Road.

Workers should be expected in these areas.

Drivers are asked for extra caution.
