Everyone can carry gun in public as South Carolina House passes gun rights bill

Columbia, South Carolina – The so-called “Constitutional Carry” bill that will let South Carolina residents carry guns without permit has been approved by the South Carolina House of Representatives.

According to the announcement, lawmakers voted 69-47 in favor of the bill Wednesday.

We all remember when several weeks ago when a bill was approved that would let anyone with a permit to carry gun in public. Not this bill goes even further.

It would not require any permits or institute any of the training requirements mandated in the open carry bill.
