Gas prices rise up in South Carolina, the same trend across United States

Charleston, S. C. – Gas prices continue the rising trend in South Carolina.

This trend is also seen across all the other states.

The average price for a gallon rose 4.4 cents in the past week. The current price is set to around $2.21 per gallon.

The national average also jumped this week to $2.45.

The climb is also seen globally as expectations about the economy in the upcoming months are positive.

Current prices are slightly higher compared to February last year.
