Lowcountry area food distribution events on Thursday

Charleston, South Carolina – Food distribution events in the Lowcountry continue as usual supporting those in need of free food.

Two food distribution events will take place on Thursday and these are the details you should know if you are interested to visit any of them.

Summerville

The first food distribution event will take place in Summerville. This event is hosted by the South East Chapter of the National Action Network and will be drive-thru event.

The food event will take place at Redeemed Christian Church of God Summerville located at 1246 Bacons Bridge Road.

According to the hosts, everyone in need of free food package is welcome from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

North Charleston

Another food distribution event will take place in North Charleston on Thursday.

This event is hosted by the Macedonia Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ and will be located at 7362 Old Hertz Road in North Charleston.

The event will start from 4:30 p.m.

This is also a drive-thru event and hosts ask attendees to stay in their cars.
