One injured is the result of the shooting in North Charleston

Charleston, South Carolina – A shooting that happened on Hunters Ridge Lane on Wednesday afternoon is under investigation by the North Charleston Police Department.

A male victim was found on the spot suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower torso.

According to the latest information, the shooting happened on the 7500 block of Hunters Ridge Lane around 2.30 am.

The man found on the spot was later sent to hospital for further treatment.

It’s still unclear what happened. The police didn’t confirm if there is a suspect for the shooting.

The investigation remains open and we expect update on the case.
