Pee Dee Highway crash, serious injuries reported, police

Horry County, South Carolina – The South Carolina Highway Patrol and Horry County Fire Rescue crews responded at the scene to the area of 4320 Pee Dee Highway, which is near Conway, at around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday for a single vehicle crash.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible and exercise caution when driving.

According to the first available information, crews responded to a single vehicle crash in the woods. Serious injuries were reported to at least one person.

The investigation is ongoing.
