Saturday night shooting in Summerville, multiple victims with gunshot wounds reported

Summerville, S. C. – Saturday night shooting in Summerville led to closing a portion of Miles Jamison Road near its intersection with Old Trolley Road. Authorities were on the scene investigating the shooting.

According to reports, the shooting was reported around 7 p.m. Multiple victims were transferred to hospital with gunshot wounds for treatment.

Due to incident and road closure, drivers have been asked to avoid the area.

The shooting occurred near an apartment complex off Arbor Road, which sits along the 300 block of Miles Jamison Rd.

No information about the condition of the victims was released.
