Single car crash in Adams Run, fatal for one man

Charleston, South Carolina – Single vehicle crash in Adams Run ends up with one dead.

The information was confirmed in a tweet Thursday by spokesperson with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office, Captain Roger Antonio.

According to police reports, the crash happened around 10 p.m. along the 8500 block of Sugar Hill Rd.

The investigation about the case is still open.

More information is expected during the day.
