South Carolina woman wins $30,000 on a scratch-off, ticket bought in North Charleston

North Charleston, South Carolina – South Carolina woman is richer for $30,000, lottery officials confirmed on Tuesday.

According to the statement, the winning scratch-off ticket was bought in North Charleston and the woman almost forgot the ticket sitting in her purse.

“I almost lost my mind,” she said after scratching it.

The woman bought the ticket in Green Pantry on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston. The business will also get a commission of $300 for selling the winning ticket.
