Two food distribution giveaway events are taking place in the North Charleston area on Thursday

North Charleston, South Carolina – Two giveaway events are taking place in the North Charleston area on Thursday and anyone in need of food is welcome to visit the events.

The first food giveaway event is set to take place at 2429 Midland Park Road, Building #200. According to Community Impact Outreach of NCCOG that are hosting this event, the event will run from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., or until the food runs out.

Those who will come at the event are asked to stay in their vehicles.

The second event is organized by Lowcountry Food Bank and will be located at Macedonia Church in North Charleston on Thursday.

According to the organizers, the event is set to start at 4 p.m. and will last for one hour or until supplies run out.

Those interested are welcome to come at 7362 Old Hertz Drive.

Another giveaway is also set for Feb. 10 at Refuge Bibleway Church, located at 215 North 4th Street in Summerville.

Everyone who is need of food is welcome to attend the food giveaway events.
