Undergoing investigations for fire at old motel in Williamsburg County, report

Williamsburg County, S. C. – There is undergoing investigation for a fire at an old motel in Williamsburg County.

The fire occurred in the second floor of the motel which is located just outside of Kingstree.

Shortly after 9 p.m. the fire was put out and the scene was cleared.

According to the Williamsburg County Fire Department, no injuries were reported as a result of the fire.

What caused the fire is still unknown. We expect more details from the WCFD.
