Wednesday early morning fire at Johns Island gas station, no injuries reported

Johns Island, South Carolina – Fire crews responded at the Circle K located at 503 Main Road on Johns Island around 3:30 a.m. after the gas station was caught on fire.

Crews from the St. John’s Fire District and additional deputies responded to the fire.

According to the incident report, no injuries were reported at the scene.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.

Charleston County Sheriff’s Office Spokesman Andrew Knapp confirmed there is ongoing investigation about the incident and asked the local residents to avoid the area if possible.
