Wednesday late night auto-pedestrian accident in West Ashley, police responded to the scene

Charleston, South Carolina – Police officers responded to the scene following an auto-pedestrian incident in West Ashley area late night on Wednesday.

According to the police report, the incident happened around 11:20 p.m. in the area of Paul Cantrell Boulevard at Magwood Drive.

Pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. EMS took the victim to the closest hospital for treatment. No information was given about the condition of the victim.

Police investigate the circumstances and the reason for the incident.
