Lower numbers in new Covid-19 cases in South Carolina, latest report shows under 500

Columbia, South Carolina – Tuesday afternoon report shows lower number in new Covid-19 cases in South Carolina, only 496 news cases were added.

Total of 13 deaths were also reported.

These are the numbers since the start of the pandemic:

  • 445,523 total confirmed cases
  • 7,606 deaths

According to the DHEC, 14,821 molecular tests were made and the positivity rate was 4.6%.
