Oceanside Collegiate forfeits playoff game due to COVID-19 tracing

Charleston, South Carolina – Oceanside Collegiate was set to host undefeated Camden in the 2nd round of the 3-A football playoffs on Friday night but instead, the Landsharks season is over before they could even take the field.

Oceanside was forced to forfeit the game due to COVID-19 contact tracing head coach Joe Call confirmed on Friday morning. The loss ends their playoff run and the season at 6-2.
