One person was killed in a shooting incident that took place in North Charleston Wednesday morning, report

North Charleston, South Carolina – Wednesday early morning shooting incident in North Charleston ended up to be fatal for one person, police say.

According to them, the shooting took place around 1 a.m. on Wednesday to the Economy Inn on Rivers Avenue.

Officers were dispatched at the scene following a 911 call in regards to multiple shots fired.

When they arrived at the address in the hotel’s parking lot, the found one male victim suffering gunshot wounds who was unresponsive at the time.

The victim was pronounced dead shortly after.

Police are investigating the case and they don’t have suspect(s) at this point of the investigation.

Anyone with information that might help them in identifying and locate the shooting suspects is asked to call 911.
