South Carolina daily Covid-19 update, 52 new cases with 11 additional deaths

Columbia, South Carolina – Saturday’s daily Covid-19 report adds 752 new positive cases and 11 deaths, The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) confirmed.

With the latest report, we have the following numbers since the start of the pandemic:

  • 462,954 – confirmed cases
  • 85,160 – probable cases
  • 8,042 – confirmed deaths
  • 1,062 – probable deaths

DHEC also informed that a total of 6,676,887 tests have been made in the state up to yesterday.

The positivity rate yesterday was 4.8% out of 22,988 tests.
