BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. – One man is injured and hospitalized as a result of shooting on St. Helena Island.
The incident took place on Ball Park Road Wednesday afternoon, police authorities confirmed.
The injured man was transferred to the nearest local hospital with a private vehicle.
There is no information about the condition of the victim yet.
