In numerous occasions, several health experts have questioned Biden’s ability to run the country mostly because of his age as our president started making gaffes in almost every single public appearance since taking the White House office in January.
It’s not a secret that President Joe Biden reads his speeches off the teleprompter, but the real question is ‘how hard reading might be’ for our president. Well, it looks like President Biden has some serious issues almost every single time when he appears publicly, but those issues are becoming by far more serious when he speaks at press conferences or when he has large group of people in front of him.
In multiple occasions, numerous health experts questioned his cognitive ability and the overall health ability to actually be president of the United States of America. One of them is the Former White House doctor, Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson of Texas, who was a White House physician for former presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
Back in the summer, Jackson called for Biden to undergo immediate cognitive test as his strange behavior and everyday gaffes continue every day since taking the office. The cognitive test standard set by Trump when Democrats asked him to take it, seems to be a good idea. Trump scored 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment in 2018, when he was entering his second year in the Oval Office. The same applies for Obama.
“The far left and the mainstream media were demanding that be the new standard for anybody who’s going to lead our country and be our commander in chief and our head of state,” Jackson said early July, according to Fox News. “I’m just saying I agree with them at this point — we need to get it done,” he then said.
Since the summer, Biden has made so many gaffes in public that the media don’t even count them anymore as they appear to happen at almost on a daily basis, which is probably ok taking into consideration Biden’s age. But the real concerns stem from the fact that Biden has 3 more years of his presidency, pretty long period of time, in which he is expected to lead the country in the right direction amid pandemic, rising inflation and several other major issues Americans currently face.
One of the biggest Biden’s gaffes since becoming president happened few days ago during Biden’s tour pushing his Build Back Better agenda and selling the bipartisan infrastructure bill in Kansas. During his speech, Biden made several awkward mistakes and short videos of those mistakes immediately went viral across all social media platforms.
While rehashing a tale that American children are being loaded into the backseat of cars and taken to McDonald’s for internet access, Joe Biden referred to the country as the “United Steak of America”. It was the latest word tangle for a President who regularly fumbles and bumbles his words as he reads them off the teleprompter.
The mistakes Biden makes during his speeches, which are not even speeches since he reads pre-made texts from start to finish, are so unpopular that people don’t even follow or listen him at all. In a recent article on The Slate, they asked the question, “Why isn’t anyone listening to Joe Biden?”
In a short summary video of the Kansas event prepared by Sky News AU, Biden looks completely lost and he even asked the people surrounding him “Where am I?” as he was about to start his speech. In addition, he even forgot the name of the local mayor…
