Berkeley County, S. C. – Wednesday night accident was fatal for the driver after his vehicle overturned in Berkley County.
The accident took place on SC-402 near Copperhead Road just after 11:30 p.m., South Carolina Highway Patrol confirms.
The car was traveling westbound when out of sudden left the roadway, struck two culverts and overturned.
The authorities are investigating the reason for the accident.
First responders said the driver was the only occupant in the car and he was wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred.
The identity of the victim was not released.
